We went for a course recently & the lecturer or whatever you call him, show us the above picture. I thought it's pretty funny. We asked the lecturer , so out of the remaining 19% , how many work for change & how many complain? The lecturer laughed & said 18 % complain & only 1% will work for change. Then he proceed to challenge us to elevate ourselves to be this 1%. Well that's what the course is all about right?
Then someone said "Are you sure? " I was thinking of the same thing. More like
81% will complain
18.9% might say 'do i have to pick? .' And only
0.1% will work for change.
We told the lecturer what we feel & he ask us, which group we fall into? We said we don't belong to any of the 3 groups. We are in the 4th group. The group that disagree with him.
He wasn't very please with us ....lol...
