Do you get sea sick?

People who don't get sea sick have no idea what's it's like. It's not just nausea. It's nausea plus losing the will to live. I warned everyone if they have a weapon like a gun ,keep it away from me. Cos' in the throes of seasickness, blowing my brains out would be an easy call.

I was in Hong Kong last week & a local friend had a nice yacht. So we went out to the sea & I almost died. It was OK when we started , Then the sea got all choppy & rough.I went all green & throw up. Oh my, embarrassing & not a pretty sight, never again ! To think that I live on an island.....boy....!

Why do Guys like Girls with Long Hair?

I have had long hair since young. All of a sudden I feel like cutting it short, just for fun for a change. Once I announced this intention, to my surprise it created a small uproar with everyone
...lol....

My bf say "NO" ..."am I crazy????". My girl friends said "NO !!! am I nuts???? " Well got to admit I do have beautiful silky hair. But 10 years with the same hair is a little much right?

And what's with guys & girls with long hair? Is it because it's more feminine ? Or could it be it just look sexier & more seductive? Sigh.... can't believe it! Even cutting hair has to go thru a panel of 'hair enforcers' ....lol....

"Love you" rings for all occasions

Since Valentine's has just pass, quiz you- Have you heard of the "love you" ring?
 It's a in-between of the "just because" ring & the wedding proposal ring.
Oh no, you don't even know what's a "just because" ring?

OK- that's a ring you give a girl as a present for things like birthdays, anniversarsaries  etc..., but you don't surprise her with it in a box, as, if you do that, she might mistaken it as a wedding proposal....lol... & you'll be in deep trouble if that's not what's in your mind.

But what' s the difference between the " just because" & "love you" rings. Hmmm.... we spend almost a whole lunch time discussing that yesterday. The male colleagues thought we are nuts & it's too complicated for them to grasp the concepts of the 3 kinds of rings. We girls thought it's simple & clear as ABC !!! Well from what happened we all agree we have to go back to educate our men about it....lol....

OK the "love you" ring is a seal of commitment, it's the step before the real thing. The male colleagues go ...."what????" & told us, they are glad they are not dating any of us....hahhahhaha.... so funny!

Leggings, pantyhose & tights

My out fit today needs a pair of black stockings/pantyhose to complete the look, then I realize I do not owe a pair ! When was the last time I put on a pair? Oh... that's last year when I was in Taipei during winter & it's woollen, not the sheer silky kind. It's a pair of tights actually for cold weather.

No time to change the outfit so I figure, I'll go to office first , Then go down to one of those stores to buy a pair later. When I reach the office, the first person I met is Koo, he stared at my naked legs & smile. Urghhh..... I need to get the stockings fast. But after that, I've no time, so I sent "ah boy" the new staff to go get it for me.

After like a million yrs , he came back with a pair of black leggings ! Now I realise Singapore guys have no concept of what's leggings, pantyhose or tights! I should have know better !

Big Boss's Christmas party

I had a momentary stab of delight when I found out I was invited to Big Boss's Christmas party. Not everyone was invited, only the chosen few.

I couldn't believe I was happy just because someone invited me. Am I 16......? Gee, it looks like I will go to the prom after all- Pathetic ..............

I need to do my hair asap. Was about to pretend I had a doctor's appointment when I realize there was no point . If you come back to work with dyed hair & manicure done, it's pretty obvious where you've been.

Lets hope all this fuss is worth it...  oh I need a new outfit & shoes too !

I'm seriously pissed at getting cold calls.

They seem to call at the most inconvenient times- during meetings with my boss, meeting with important clients , having my lunch with girl friends during my meditation sessions !

One just called a while ago while I was answering an impt email - I was trying to formulate what to write as not to offend the client who was pissed at something. This woman called from some company (I wouldn't mention which company here) & ask how happy I was with their service on a scale from 1 to 10. I was so annoyed that I told her that, so it has to be one. But then I told her since I found dissatisfaction comforting it would also be a ten. She hurriedly said she'll put me down as a 10 & hung up. I've never had a cold caller hung up on me before. That's a new one.
